How refunds work on Ladybug Fashion. See also our terms and conditions and privacy notice.

These are digital products

Every generator is a digital tool delivered instantly. There is nothing to post back, so a return in the usual sense does not apply — but that does not mean you are stuck with something that does not work.

When we refund

Tell us within 14 days of buying and we will refund in full if:

• the generator does not work, or does not do what its page said it would
• you were charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy
• you cannot access what you paid for and we cannot fix it for you

When we usually cannot

Because these are instant digital tools, we normally cannot refund simply because you changed your mind after using a generator, or because an AI image tool elsewhere produced a result you did not like. The generators write prompts; what another company's tool makes from those words is outside our control.

If you are unsure whether a generator is right for you, the whole vault is free to explore before you buy.

How to ask

Email ladybugfashioni97@proton.me with the generator name or ID and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law where you live. If local law gives you a stronger right to a refund, that law wins.
